This student-led conference is primarily aimed at PhD students and early career researchers, with presentations welcomed from a range of disciplines covering the following topics:
Call for Abstracts
We welcome abstract submissions that do not exceed 250 words. Please send your abstract to the following email address: linaspgconference@qub.ac.uk.

The deadline for abstract submissions is Friday 16th February 2024.
Keynote Speaker
Edoardo Celeste is an Associate Professor of Law, Technology and Innovation at the School of Law and Government of Dublin City University (DCU). Edoardo specialises in EU and comparative digital law and focuses in particular on digital rights and constitutionalism, privacy and data protection, and social media governance.
Edoardo is the the Programme Chair of the Erasmus Mundas Master in Law, Data and Artificial Intelligence, the Deputy Director of the DCU Law Research Centre, the coordinator of the DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster and is a founding member of the Digital Constitutionalism Network.
In addition, Edoardo is the author of ‘The Content Governance Dilemmna (Palgrave 2023)’ and ‘Digital Constitutionalism: The Role of Internet Bill of Rights (Routledge 2022).’
What is LINAS and what do we do?
The Leverhulme Interdisciplinary Network on Algorithmic Solutions (LINAS) brings together doctoral scholars from a variety of different disciplines: Law, Computer Science, Social Science, Education, Social Work, History, Anthropolgy, Politics, Philosophy, Maths and Physics to research the implications of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Massive Scale Data Processing. The doctoral scholars are working on an exciting range of research projects across the above disciplines and each have an interdisciplinary supervisory team to assist with the interdisciplinary nature of their projects.
